I read this chapter at late night, just moment before I want to sleep. Strangely enough, I was dreaming about a train...
Anyway, today I wanted to write a review as soon, as I came back to home, but LJ wasn't working! It was so frustrating!
Ok, but let's go to business.
I still have no idea whatever I should love you or hate you. It's inhuman to write such good stories, despite everything. Seriously.
I was freezing with Arthur and trying so hard to free myself with Eames- your descriptions become better and better.
I'm so happy to see my prompt filled! In very satisfying way, I may add.I can definitely see Ann grabbing first thing that can be used to hurt somebody and storming out of her compartment. I think she's lost: in the same time she remembers about Arthur from the past and about her feelings toward him and sees him as he's now. And what she doesn't like what she see, as he's no longer a scared boy. He's grown up, intelligent and brave man, who is in love with somebody else, what is more: he's in love with somebody she despises with her whole heart. Still she wouldn't let Arthur die like that: freezing to death in the blizzard.
I like the way you "used" a Michelle character; it's reasonable- somebody like her really would be able to steal a key, especially because nobody would suspect her to such abilities.
And a little cliffhanger at the end. I think that last time you're less cruel when it comes to cliffhangers (when they are present they aren't so horrible like in the rest of your stories).
Oh, well. I thought that after such a long time since I read this chapter I'd be able not to ramble, but my hopes were wrong;)
I'm waiting for the next chapter and hope every single problem in your life will be solved soon.
Best wishes!
