Whew. That was thoroughly creepy and disturbing. This story reminded me of a tv mini-series called "Rose Red" (scripted by Stephen King) that scared the living bejeezus out of me when I was a kid. What with the doll and the creepy house and the SINGING.

I love that, for a moment there, you had Arthur speaking and thinking in his Brick!voice but it was so so gradual I almost didn't notice it, like how Arthur doesn't notice it until Eames starts giving him strange looks.

Oh, oh! The whole thing about Arthur's rules...and how "No one else, not a single other soul on earth, is allowed to pin his hands above his head." Or how Eames is allowed to top Arthur, allowed to kiss Arthur, allowed to fuss over him and be a nancy-pants in front of him. That was SO PERFECT. I just love their relationship as you've written it SO MUCH. (Plus THEIR "safe house" hehe)

I liked that the boys got to be mischievous for once! Or, well, Arthur did because Eames was too busy being a nancy-pants (the phrase made me laugh).

And the fedora. The image of a beautiful man in a fedora...hehe

The ambiguity of the whole thing was a perfect touch, too. I'm wondering if Arthur was "possessed" or if it really WAS just the bad Somnacin or what. It just adds an extra level of creepy to something that has already given me the heebi-jeebies haha (I'm just as much, if not more, of a nancy-pants as Eames so guess who'll be using a nightlight tonight haha)
