hehe It's 3:16 a.m. where I live when I finished reading this chapter and I'm so exhausted but I HAD to read this update.

Your portrayal of Cobb is just heartrending. I had a very intense love/hate relationship with him in the movie but I love that you've made him a more rounded character. He and Mal definitely had this obsessive passionate love between them that turned on them in the end: like an imploding star or some other overwrought cliche that comes to my brain in times like these...
Oh Eames! His anger. Of course, Eames wasn't angry with them that they shot him in the head but because they tore up Arthur's home. Shows how selfless he is and I love him so much for that.
And Arthur is really just...*sigh* He's such a BAMF but he's mischievous too: changing Cobb's ringtone and that NOTE! Arthur + C4. Of course he would write something like that haha (P.S. Billy Joel, nice touch hehe)
Last: I BEAMED when Cobb said Arthur dove into the water to save his "partner." Partner. Equals. There's so much MEANING behind that word. So much significance. Oh, my heart.
