Almost ready!

Hey guys!

Thanks for being patient with me. I had to finish up a few projects. I have one more little thing to finish up in a day or two and then I'm going to start a new one to put up here. :)

Meanwhile, I have been enjoying the hell out of wandrinparakeet's ficmix. I can't believe the amazing songs on there. Not only that, but how well they fit! It really made me want to write even more. ^_^

So here's how I think I might do it. I have this idea for a story, but I don't know where it's going yet. It takes place on a train, mostly. (I DON'T KNOW WHERE IT WILL TAKE ME. BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER. ;D ) I think I want to write something scary, something in the horror genre because I had way too much fun with the haunted house fic. So I need to learn something about train tours and such.

Then I'll ask you guys at the end of each chapter, to choose something. Like, "this or that?" And whichever most people think is cooler by the time I start the next one, that's what I'll do!

And aside from that, I'll ask you guys things like, "Give me a line you want A to say to B" or, "name a scent" or "give me a visual". Things like that. This would be super cool because the ever-awesome neomeruru wanted to do art. And we must know by now that I'd sell my kidney for art. :D So, I'll put up requests like that and you guys can incept me. I think we could all have fun like that!

So gimme a day or two to finish up this other little thing and then, if you guys are still interested, well, I will still be here writing. ^_^

Oops, almost forgot to add what I really meant to write. Like with anyone, I have a list of things that I can't, am unable to, or don't wish to write.

AU - I would suck at AU because I'm not into it. I really liked the Inception 'verse, so that's where I stay.

Underage - I shy away from that stuff a lot, it's a big squick for me.

Non-con - Can't write it, too literally triggery for me.

Hard NC17 - I love to write a good snog and naughty scene, but I fail utterly at the explicit stuff. Wish I didn't, but I do! ^_^

RPF - For me, there's an insurmountable chasm between fictional characters and the real people who play them. I stay firmly in fiction; even gossip makes me uncomfy. (I do always partake in fangirling though. ^_^ )

I think that's it? We'll see how it goes! :)

I think I might call this one "Plenty Of Good Thieves" I hope to have part one up either the 24th or the 25th.

O, that sounds great! I can't wait:D And the list of thing you won't write doesn't bother me at all, as I don't really like anything from it.
As for the horror genre- YES, PLEASE. Not only because you wrote it so well last time (definitely the horror like things in your last story worked wonderfully), but also because of fact right now I'm reading an EPIC horror Inception fanfiction. And with every single chapter I'm more convinced to this genre.

Yeah, I would like to have a go at horror! Inception offers so much opportunity for that, because you could totally pull out the "oh, it was just a dream" trope. It's canon! ^_^

I think it would be so much fun, it'd be like everyone is getting what they want out of a fic - within the confines of my skill. I'd so love to give everyone at least one thing. A line, a scene, a visual, an idea, a concept, anything. ^_^ It'd be a great challenge and lots of fun!

Also, I'm actually consistently glad you write in the Inception 'verse -- of late, many stories have been AUs, and while I'm as fond as the next girl of AUs, I really love the Inception universe and a bit...disappointed, I guess, that so much of the fics I see are AUs.

Yeah, I can't get into an AU, sadly. I quite like crossovers if the two realities make sense together (that's definitely a YMMV thing,) but I like the characters to be who they were, and the world to be what it was. That's just me! :D I'll always stay in Inception 'verse. ^_^

Yup! But I only win about 30% of the time I spar. >.< Because I suck. (and I haven't done anything for about 5 months so all I'm doing right now is training) Fencing is more fun because I'm actually good at it.

Deeeeerp. But it's not that good. *looks at paper* It'll take a while to redo but if you don't mind something uncoloured, then I can probably post it within maybe a week. It's a little scene from Keep Calm and Carry On, when I was practicing with wounds/blood/hurt/comfort.

One of these days I'm gonna get an LJ so I can stop being a creepy stalker anon and friend people proper-like. Anyway,... I'm excited to hear you are working on another story. Whoo, hoo!
I think your 'not' list kinda mirrors some of my own preferences in fic I choose to read so thanks for sharing. I'm glad I'm not alone in my canon love. I'm not really an AU person either. People rave about them, but I'm so 'meh' about lawyers/actors/ballet dancers. I can't picture those versions of A/E planning heists or kicking ass and taking names. That's what first attracted me to inception fandom, Mal, Cobb, Eames, and Arthur are mind-criminals. That's so cool! Why turn already cool characters into grocery store clerks? I don't get it. :/ (I'm not trying to be wanky, I apoloizge in advance if I offended anyone writing a clerk/ballet/actor AU.) I love, love, love that you are still playing in the movie verse b/c I think there is still so much possibility and stories yet to be told.

Don't worry that you're not super graphic porny, sometimes a good story with UST or a bit of a snog is just what is called for. :)
